Launch

In this opening session, we look at how to build a digital presence that establishes credibility immediately. We cut through the debate on the 'right' sales platform to explore the best fit for your business model, and focus on the technical foundations that ensure collectors can find you, and stay on your site once they arrive.
DAY TWO


Operations & Infrastructure

This session focuses on vital systems that allow you to scale. We deep-dive into the concept of  Customer Relationship Management, moving you away from spreadsheets and into a centralised system.

DAY three


Growth

Once your systems are ready, it’s time to turn on the tap. This session explores how to attract new eyes to your business without wasting budget. We will cover the modern marketing mix, focusing on how to use technology to amplify your voice.

DAY four


Conversion

In our final session, we focus on the bottom line. How do you take a Like on Instagram or a website inquiry and deliver a sale? We will look at the psychology of the digital art sale, how to distinguish serious leads from tire-kickers, and how to use data to make smarter decisions.
